Lady MacBeth
Will be a wonderful addition as a home milker or someones show string. Her dam (Flora) at peak was milking 11 lbs of milk a day. MacBeth has 2 sisters that we are planning on retaining until they freshen. Her sire (Lucas) gave us a lot a does that we are excited to see freshen. As to keep our numbers manageable we are selling this beautiful doe kid.
Violet
Is one of 3 does out of our newest permanent champion Cottonwood Lane WT Chrysanthemum. To keep our numbers manageable we are selling her while retaining her 2 sisters until they freshen.
Missoula
Is going to be a wonderful addition, especially if you are looking for milk. Her dam as a first freshener this year was milking 8 lbs a day at peak lactation. Her grand dam in her peak lactation as a 5th freshener was milking 14 lbs a day. She is a LaMancha, Nubian cross and so you could breed her to either way to make her an American or keep her kids as recorded grades. Her sire is Nubian with many kids staying and she is one that we have chosen needs to find a new home.
Julieta
Is a dry yearling. She can be bred to kid in the spring with a deposit. For being bottle fed as a kid she doesn’t not like to be pet at this time. Her sister (Pepa) who is one of milking yearlings was the same and after a week on the milked stand has come to like being around people. Julieta needs to be moved on to a new due to us trying to keep our milking numbers manageable as we move into next spring. We no longer have Julieta’s dam (Alana), but her Grand Dam (Ariel) still resides in our herd. Julieta’s sire (Chewy) brings dairy strength into his daughters.
Petunia
Is a drying yearling. She has one of the sweetest personalities and if I could I would keep her just for her personality. She has 2 sisters that we are planning on retaining in our herd to freshen this up coming spring. Her dam (Daffodil) appraised at a 90 VEEE. We lost her dam Daffodil 3 days after Petunia was born to what we believe was milk fever. Her sire (Sweet Nightingale BR Ezio) who is now deceased was owned by a friend. We were sad to hear that he had died since he has brought some beautiful rear legs and levelness over the top line to Petunia and her 2 sisters.
Bruno and Peter Pan
These to brothers were born this August so they currently are on milk. They will be sold as whethers only.
